Orlando Area Wineries Recommendations
Here are some great options we also would certainly recommend:
Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards has been around for over 30 years and is located in Clermont, FL. They rank as Florida’s largest premium winery. Offering options like muscadine grapes, hybrid grapes, sparkling wines and more. Guests can enjoy the wine tasting and winery tour that are offered seven days a week: Mon–Sat, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sun, 11:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Wine Room on Park Avenue is a cozy place to spend a few hours sampling delicious wines by the glass or half glass. You’ll purchase a card that you can load with money and browse their selection of wines at your own leisure reading about each one and picking your favorite ones to try. When ready, you’ll use your card to unlock the tap for that specific wine and you can choose to purchase just a sample size, a half, or a full glass. It’s a great way to taste a variety of different wines and figure out which ones are your top contenders. They also offer a cheese shop and small plates to accompany your wine venture. Make sure to visit the cellar to enjoy your wine in an inviting atmosphere with your friends and family, too.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is a great option for you if you want to enjoy full meals alongside your wine experience. They have an extensive wine portfolio and have won many awards, including best of class awards! Plus, they’re located right on International Drive and Sand Lake Road just minutes from staySky Suites, which makes a very convenient location for guests who don’t want to spend much time of their vacation commuting.
